Strengthening M&E systems for smarter governance

Technical Advisory

We provide practical, context-sensitive advisory services to help governments and institutions strengthen their monitoring and evaluation (M&E) systems. From Monitoring and Evaluation Systems Analysis (MESA) diagnostics to MEL framework design, indicator development, and integration into planning processes, our advisory support ensures M&E systems are technically robust and politically feasible.
We maintain a long-term working relationship with the Agency for Strategic Reforms under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the International Strategic Center for Agri-Food Development in supporting these institutions at both national and sub-national levels to embed evidence use within governance processes, and coaching M&E units to institutionalize practices that endure impact.
