Capacity Building

Strengthening M&E systems for smarter governance

Capacity Building

We provide practical, context-sensitive advisory services to help governments and institutions strengthen their monitoring and evaluation (M&E) systems. From Monitoring and Evaluation Systems Analysis (MESA) diagnostics to MEL framework design, PRISM (Performance of Routine Information System Management) framework, indicator development, and integration into planning processes, our advisory support ensures M&E systems are technically robust and politically feasible.
We partner with regional institutions at the national and sub-national levels to embed evidence use within governance processes, and coach M&E units to institutionalize practices that endure.
