Where We Work

From building national M&E systems to strengthening institutional capacity, our work is rooted in local context and driven by regional partnerships. Explore how we support evidence-informed change across Pakistan and Central Asia.

Pakistan

Our work in Pakistan spans both federal and provincial levels, engaging civil service institutions and policy actors through tailored M&E training, diagnostics, and technical advisory support on evidence-informed decisionmaking. We collaborate with public institutions to embed M&E practices, build capacity, and promote the use of evidence in various stages of the program or policy cycle. A key priority is developing M&E champions within the system who can sustain and carry this work forward.

Uzbekistan

As a demand-driven partner country, our engagement in Uzbekistan focuses on national, system-level reforms. We co-developed the Monitoring and Evaluation Systems Analysis (MESA) and the draft M&E Decree with the Agency for Strategic Reforms(ASR) under the President’s Office, and continue to support national stakeholders through workshops, dialogues, and policy engagements.
